Catherine Bruhier, an award-winning actress and filmmaker born in Belize and raised in New Brunswick, is renowned for her role as Elaine Besbriss in the acclaimed series "Due South." Her versatile career spans both Canadian and US TV, featuring appearances on shows like "Jimmy Kimmel," "Bosch," "All Rise," "Kim’s Convenience," and "How to Get Away with Murder." She's also graced numerous other TV series, performed leading stage roles across Canada, and made a mark as a filmmaker, directing and starring in the award-winning short film "The Sacrifice." As a George Brown College Theatre Program graduate, she's recognized for her talents, including being among the select few chosen for the 2010 Women in the Directors Chair at the Banff Arts Centre.
